The Florida PEP scholarship year runs July 1 through June 30. Any receipts dated outside this window are not reimbursable. This catches families who buy curriculum in June for the "upcoming" year: those purchases fall into the next scholarship year's window, not the current one.

Pro tip: The school year ends June 30, but you have until July 31 to submit reimbursement requests. Don't confuse the purchase deadline with the submission deadline.
Missing the SLP approval date or accidentally buying before it can cost hundreds of dollars with no recourse. Florida PEP Tracker shows your SLP status, purchase window start, and submission deadlines all on one dashboard.
